On May 24th, Great Canadian Holidays & Coaches owners Lorna & Larry Hundt received the Leadership Award at the Centre for Family Business' annual awards gala. Based in Waterloo Region, the Centre for Family Business' mission is to support, educate and energize family businesses, and member achievements and milestones are honoured annually at the year-end gala.

Earlier this month, our Charter Sales Supervisor, Lynn Brown, was presented with the Tuffy Knight Award at the Wilfrid Laurier University Athletic Banquet. The award recognizes a person not directly affiliated with the university for their untiring efforts over an extended period of time.

On Tuesday, February 20, Great Canadian Holidays & Coaches owners Lorna and Larry were presented with the Meritorious Service Medal, a decoration that is gifted by the Queen and presented by Governor General Julie Payette. One of the highest levels of distinction an individual can receive, the Meritorious Service Decoration was established to recognize the extraordinary people who make Canada proud.
